My uncle was very interested in coming up with the perfect gift. So he offered to plan my honeymoon and pay for it. We were a little leery of this offer and almost turned him down. That was until he explained he was going through a travel agent. We checked out the agent and let my uncle go ahead with his plans. Of course, we still made some subtle suggestions on what we preferred in a hotel. He did a good job coordinating with the travel agent and managed to get a decent price. In the end, we were both pleased with our gift.
