Help from a Friend

My wife and I finally decided that we were going to go ahead and start our own business.  Before we could really move forward with everything, we knew that we needed to get some marketing done.  I told my wife that I had a friend from college that was working for an Indianapolis Web Design company, and he would probably help us out if we wanted him to.  She told me that we had to make sure that we had enough money in our budget to cover ourselves before we started writing checks to any one else.  I told her that he would probably help us for free.
