Saucony ProGrid Guide is one of the more popular running shoes from the Saucony running shoe company. The shoe is so popular it won the shoe of the year award in 2009 from the Independent Running Shoe Retailer Association. It is a light stabile shoe that is designed to slow down over pronation of the foot. It has a dual density impulse EVA midsole that is designed for greater durability and responsiveness under the arch. It is stable in the heel, but also has responsive cushioning in the forefoot that ensures as smooth transient and a smooth running ride. The upper has antimicrobial properties.
