Last year was the year that I started working on my life. I decided that I did not want to feel like I did anymore. I was tired all the time and had a hard time managing my life. I just did not have enough energy to move quickly and I had a lot of pounds to get rid of. That is when I started the 10k training program. At first it was hard. I felt everything and I knew where my weak points were. Then slowly I built up my strength and now I am a running machine. I love how things have changed for me now.
