Lifecoaching positive results means high generating income

Some of my office executives preferred to have a professional and personal lifecoaching.  They do not want to attend the monthly life coaching because they want to be discreet with their personal and career traumas.   They are provided and financed by my company.  The benefits of having a life coach can be seen in the positive outlook on how they work and produces outstanding esults in their fields.  Productivity relies on how they appreciate what my company is extending to them, and how I understand their needs.  Productivity means the gaining of company’s income which is a very good sign not only for my self but for my employees in terms of incentives, insurances, and bonus and high salaries.
