My friend just pointed out to me that Deseret Book has some free books to download from their site! So I started looked and there was one called “Sisters at the Well”. I think that was it. So I read a little bit and was so touched. It’s main point it seems is how much Jesus Christ did to show the value of women. It talks about how little rights they had before He came. Even as babies, boys got to eat more, women were considered impure after giving birth, but for longer if they had girls. That makes me mad. It boggles the mind that anyone ever had beliefs like that. I am so grateful for jesus christ and the way He loves us all.
