When you first have to learn how to deal with a break up, you probably think there is no way to deal with it and keep your sanity. You sit and cry, throw things, break things and cry some more. This is all normal. However, if it keeps up for many days or weeks, then it is probably time to seek some professional help. Go to a trusted friend or family member and ask for help or just talk for awhile. It helps to get things out in the open and if you feel this break up was your fault, you are going to have to get over the guilt as well.
