Christmas is my favorite holiday, and it has been since I was a little girl. My favorite holiday tradition when I was a kid was helping my dad set up the model trains the day after Thanksgiving. He had this wonderful Christmas train set, and we would set it up all around the edge of the living room, with the end of the track right under the Christmas tree. I must have ran that train at least twenty times a day! These days when I go home for Christmas, it’s my children running the train that many times a day. And I love watching them enjoy it as much as I did when I was young.
