A fast way to reduce stress in your life

Stress can be a powerfully debilitating force. Sometimes it can come out the blue and completely consume us if we are not careful. One of the best things you can do for stress if to learn to be more mindful of your thoughts and emotions. Typically, stress does not come out of nowhere. It takes time to build up so you can easily catch it on the way up and stop it before it takes over your entire body and mind. How, you ask? By paying attention to your thoughts. When you start becoming mindful of your thoughts, you can quickly stop negative thought patterns that lead to stress and refocus your mind on more positive thoughts. I stress the important of this skill to all my life coaching clients. It takes a bit of practice, but the results are worth it.
