Uses for Contract Furniture

When businesses being their operation, one of the things that has to be considered in the overall planning is contract furniture for the company.  Will it be most profitable for the business to own its own supplies and furnishings, or will it be better for the company if the pieces are rented.  There are many things that can be considered and there are several option plans that can be taken.  When the furniture is used it comes to the business completely restored so that it looks brand new.  The items do not appear to have been used at any other time at all.
