Now, with the temperatures rising, I want to make cream puffs combined with fruits for a fresh experience. This is actually quite simple. As you know, the puff shells are usually filled with custard cream. What I do instead is to use whipped heavy cream. After preparing the cream, I add strawberries to the cream and mix slightly. I then use this strawberry cream as a filling for my puff shells. It is really a wonderful dessert for the hot months of the year. All my friends and family love to eat the strawberry cream puffs. I am sure that variations with other fruits are also nice.
