A Good Mixer for a Good Wife

I’m cautious by nature and prefer to know the ins and outs of an appliance before I buy it. My wife thought I was silly for looking up kitchen mixers reviews when she had to get a new one. I just don’t want her to buy any mixer that catches her eye and have it malfunction in a few days. If that happens, I’d be the one who has to listen to her complain and gripe. That happened when the toaster oven she bought caught fire, and I have no desire to see a repeat episode. My wife brings enough drama into my life without help from faulty appliances!
