Maintenance Can Play A Role In Garage Door Choice

If you want new garage doors that really compliment your home you might think that wood would be the material of choice.  Times are changing though, and now there are other options.  The reason for this change is because of upkeep.  Steel and plastic doors don’t require much in this area.  A cleaning with a mild soap and water is about all you need.  Meanwhile wood needs to be stripped and repainted every so often.  This is a real pain in the but considering you can have a door with no upkeep.
