My son and his stepfather have not been very close since he became a teenager and this needed to change. I asked them both to take on a kitchen remodeling do-it-yourself project for me and they both agreed to do so. They worked really hard and it gave them a lot of time to talk and to bond. It seemed to do them a world of good and they have been getting along better than ever. I am so thankful that they are getting along so well and I know that this large project had a lot to do with it.
