Here are some tips that are helpful in weight loss and fat burn:
· Take a healthy and balanced diet. Include as may fresh fruits and vegetables as possible in your diet.
· Avoid all the junk food, oily and sugary food. Reduce your salt intake as well.
· You must increase your daily water consumption. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
· Try to have 6 short meals instead of taking 2 major meals. Fix your time for taking these meals and never skip any of them.
