Push pull training has been around for along time and it has proven itself to be a very effective method of strength and muscle growth. I know personally people that have used these training priciples and it has worked well for them. I have used it myself and have found that it is a very challenging way to train your muscles. It is not recommened to do this program if you are a beginner to weight training. You have to becareful of overtraining in your workouts when you use push pull training. Give it a try if you are in a training rut or you just want a challenging change of pace.
