My Male Breasts Really Lower My Self Esteem

I feel like I am a good looking guy.  I have a great smile and a good personality, but there is one thing that I would really like to change.  I have the unfortunate condition of having Male Breasts.  There are absolutely the most embarrassing thing in my life.  They really prevent me from doing normal things like going to the beach or the gym.  I want to do those things again, but my breasts hinder me from getting out.  The only way they will ever change is if I get them surgically modified.  Right now, that option is looking very good.
