There are only so many nights that one can get by on a night of restless sleep. Despite cutting back on my caffeine intake and trying to ease into my bedtime activities, I’ve found that my difficulty falling asleep is getting worse. Now that it’s started affecting my ability to function at work, I think it’s time to let my primary care doctor in on the problem – I’m hoping he’ll have some insomnia cures for me to try, because I’ve drunk enough warm milk in the past few hours to make me sick. I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep again, and just maybe, the ability to sleep in late again! I know my husband would appreciate a less restless bedfellow as well.
