Being Good Shape From Working Out

Last year I decided to lose weight and get in shape and I am very happy that I made that decision. Since I entered the fitness program is like I am total different person. I lost like 30 pounds, I eat healthier foods and I even do home based workouts. Now I am always aware of the foods that I consume and I know which ones are good for me and which ones I shouldn’t eat. The truth is that I have changed a lot and is definitely a positive change.

I am very happy and will continue exercising to keep my nice figure.
