I started to look for ways to lose weight in a real healthy way. My investigation showed me that one of my bad habits was that I wasn’t getting enough fruits and vegetables in my regular diet. If I worked on meeting the recommended seven to thirteen servings of these fruits and vegetables not only should I lose enough weight to be more healthy but I would be getting the nutrition I needed. I ran into the idea of juicing to help increase my intake of fruits and veggies and both lose some weight and get healthier all at the same time. So far I am liking this new way of improving my health and weight loss.
