sore working

i have been pretty sore but i am going to be workoign out today and i think that it has been 3 days now and i am doing 3 workouts a week. that meansd that the exercises that i do all have to conunt.i have only been doing 4 minute workout program. i ma only doing 3 exercises todayu i am doing the flat bench press the dead lift and a barbell pull over. i love this version of the pull over. it is a good thing i tried this exercise because it is one of the best exercise that i am doing right. it is awesome/
