Looking For Non Surgical Bph Treatment.

I have been wondering about Bph Treatment. I am getting older and I am having symptoms that are very frustrating. Some of the symptoms are urgency, pressure and feeling like I have to go to the bathroom all day. I am hoping to find a few treatment options that are non surgical. I realise that if they are severe that surgery is need, but I really am hoping that mine will still be manageable with easier treatments. My brother has been having the same trouble, and he has had really great luck with a certain treatment. If I have as much luck with treatment I will be very happy!
