balancing out my workouts.

getting a good workout for my abs is something that i am always learning about and practicing. it is important to me at this point in my training to make sure that there is balance in my workout program. so good abs workouts where something that i avoided for for a long time. it is okay though because they where getting worked during my regular training sessions because i was using free weights and multi joint compound movements. these exercises activate the stabilizing muscles in your core. they also make your core muscles really strong. so they are a good start.
