A Social Worker’s Disappointment

I am surprised that, in this day and age, there are still people who engage in unprotected sex. There are plenty of different contraceptive methods out there today. How irresponsible can people get? I work as a social worker and I handle teenage troubles. So many teenage girls have come into my office with baby bumps. The number of teenagers coming in with STD problems is even more intimidating. So many of these kids have genital warts. I have recommended doctors that they can go to because I cannot talk to them about genital warts treatment and all that medical stuff. It is just very disappointing. Sex education should be strictly implemented in schools!
