Can anyone recommend a good exercise program for losing weight? I’m leaning towards buying the Insanity workouts because I like the MAX interval training concept, but I’m open to suggestions!
Ever since I turned 30, it seems like gravity kicked into hyperdrive and it’s time that I got serious about losing a few pounds. I’ve never been overweight in my life, but am definitely starting to get a little “chunky”.
I’m not opposed to joining a gym, but really think I need the structure of an exercise program to help me. A personal trainer is also an option, but I would prefer to save the money!
