My husband and I recently decided to switch our company’s land line phone service to a Voice over IP service. I was initially skeptical about how well it would work compared to that of a regular phone service. After my husband and I did a little research, we found that it offered the same features as other companies. We were able to have caller Id, three-way calling, call forwarding and more. We decided that we would sign up for Hosted VoIP Services. We choose a hosted VoIP because it was slightly easier to transfer our service, provided remote tech support and was affordable for our small company.
