So the other day, my friends and I were doing what we always do on a Sunday afternoon, and thats meet at our local park and play airsoft wars. We’ve been doing it for years, and it just doesn’t feel like the weekend until you can blow off some steam with airsoft. A few months ago, Pete, one of the guys we play with came to the war with some cool airsoft grenades, which I’d always heard about, but had never seen in action before.
Needless to say, when he shot off that airsoft grenade, I was totally hooked and went right out to buy myself one of them. We’re in love, and they make our airsoft wars that much more fun.

Most people will never have heard of Rudolf Wanderone Jr., nor will they have heard of one of his many nicknames, such as New York Fats, but they probably will recognize the name he adopted later on in life, Minnesota Fats.
Rudolf was an accomplished pool player who cashed in on the popularity of the name Minnesota Fats, who was actually no more than a fictional pool hustler created by the author George Hegerman.
Never having a regular job, to Minnesota Fats pool tables were his office, where business deals became pool hustles, and, barring the occasional hasty exit via the back door, this provided him with a relatively comfortable, if itinerant life style.
Eventually, he did in fact settle down to a more normal job, for a while at least, as the executive vice president of a billiard table manufacturer, Rozel Industries.

We have been assessing our equipment situation and trying to repair the equipment for the harvest season coming up in a few months. We have 4 Gooseneck Flatbed Trailers that we use to haul the combines and a couple of trucks when we are in the fields. We had to replace two wheel bearings this year and one axle. That’s not too bad for as many miles as we put on those trailers in a year. We have had them for about ten years and we didnt’ by them new. They were a good buy at the time. They weill probably be good for us for at least another five years.

When I got into the office the other day, my secretary came over to my desk, and she told me that she had something for me. I asked her what it was, and she said that it was the Accelerate Fitness Equipment Articles that I had asked her to look up for me over the weekend. I got very excited, because I had been wanting to read through them, but I had just been swamped with work. I told her that she could just put them on the edge of my desk, and I would get to them at the end of the day.

The first ingredient to any training program for athletes is commitment. Without a firm commitment to the sport, to the time needed to train and most important to see it through to the end, a training program will fail. Once you make that commitment to train for a sprint triathlon event, then choose a small, local race near by your house. Your main goal will simply be to finish the race. Look online to find a training program that shows how to train for each leg of the race as well as the transitions between the each leg. This program should also include healthy eating advice and schedule.

I’ve wasted thousands of dollars on personal trainer who had no idea what they were doing. I told them that I wanted to lose weight so they put me through long and boring supposed fat burning workouts that did absolutely nothing for my body or fitness level. They would make me lift light lights for upwards of 25 reps per set. I began research more effective training methods and discovered that lifting heavier weights and using lower reps was for more beneficial for burning fat and building lean muscle. I find it hard to imagine that so many “professionals” still have no clue as to what works.

There really is not limit to what you can find, research and talk about on the Internet. I thought that my problem with SCUBA was going to be unique and then I found out a site that hosts a number of different SCUBA dive forums and found that not only am I not alone but a good portion of the 3,000,000 people on the website have had the same problem. I really feel like it is a great community on the Internet and no matter what the problem or perhaps even achievement is in diving, I can share with a lot of other people who understand.

I admit it: I’m cheap. Well, I actually prefer to say that I’m thrifty, but my wife calls me cheap. I simply don’t like to spend more than I have to, and I’ll always want to know if there’s a less expensive option to whatever I’m considering. My family likes to snowboard, and up until now, we’ve been buying used or otherwise inexpensive boards. I think I might finally be convinced to buy some new ones, though, because we’ve had to replace our “cheap” ones every year. My wife pointed out that I’m better off buying new, quality boards once. We decided to upgrade to k2 snowboards for the whole family. It’s out of my comfort zone, but the boards have had such great reviews, that I’m a lot less uncomfortable than I anticipated. Here we go!
