It was launched online in 1995.  It first started as an online bookstore but as of the present time it already caters a lot of products. For electronic equipment, apparels, children stuff, furniture, food toys, and so many other things that you can think of.  It has separate websites in Germany, Japan, Canada, France and United Kingdom.
