My colleague Rolly and I were thinking about all the changes that have been going on since the economy has been so bad.  Of course this means that a lot of people had changes to their mortgages, and some people either sold their home or decided to buy a new home.  It is a buyer’s market these days is what we both think, and we were deciding about how we feel regarding variable rates mortgage.  We think that for some people it can be an ideal solution, but only for the really financially responsible sort who know how to plan ahead well.
