Maid-Of-Honor Takes Over Working With the Essex Wedding Caterers

My best friend is getting married, and as the maid-of-honor, I’m doing all I can to help shoulder the stress of planning such a large event. On the wedding day, I want her sole focus to be on enjoying herself, not on worrying about the details. Which is why I’ve quietly taken over working with the wedding caterers in Essex. She was so stressed out trying to decide on a menu that everyone would enjoy, that she wasn’t enjoying herself. So I suggested that since I am studying to be a chef, that she let me handle that end.
