Looking for Low Interest Seattle Mortgage Loans

My wife and I moved to Seattle two years ago when I accepted a position with an accounting firm after I graduated from the university.  We have lived in a small apartment this entire time and devoted all of our efforts to paying off my student loans.  We wanted to be out of debt before buying a house.  We haven’t entirely paid everything off but it is time to look for a house and Seattle mortgage loans with good rates.  We are expecting our first baby in April.  Not only do we need room for the baby but we will have to have a place for the doting grandparents to sleep.
