While my husband has been self-employed for quite a few years, there was a period of time this last year that he took a waged position. It was a pretty good experience and enabled us to pay of some bills. He was working on a very large construction site, building apartments. He took care of moving materials and supplies around, operating one of the used gantry cranes. It wasn’t what he wants to do for a long term job, as it was out of town, but for a few months, it did more than make ends meet, and we were grateful.
