I really think that some of the groups in our organization are a bit badly run. There must be a more efficient way to do things, and a way to do things that will keep the people who are not in management a bit happier about doing them. We are planning to have a management retreat, and we are looking for some Chicago leadership executive coaching professionals to come and help us get our management better trained so they will get better results from the people who work under them. Can anyone recommend a good company for us to contact for this?
