All of our employees will at one time or another handle large sums of cash. We can not afford to have any of it end up missing at the end of the day. Of course there is no fool proof way of determining if a person is going to remain honest if they are faced with that temptation. We can do a check of the public court records to insure that they have not given in in the past. It would not be fair to a person that easily gives in to temptation to put them in a position where they would be faced with that again.
