Bookkeeper Interviews for Job Position

Today was the first set of interviews to hire a new bookkeeper. Our first five applicants were sufficiently educated, with a good amount of previous work experience. Each of them seem like promising additions to the company. All of our applicants hold some sort of degree or certificate and can perform the required duties efficiently. I think the final decision will come down to personal goals and expectations from the position. We have a few more interviews to conduct over the next couple of days. With the amount of qualified individuals applying and that we’ve already interviewed, we should be able to fill the position quickly.
